The acquisition of Elcome Surveys Private Limited in 2006 strengthens FSINPVT’s position as a major player in the Oil and Gas industry and infrastructure industry in the Indian subcontinent. Elcome Survey’s strength in marine survey services and oceanography services is complimentary to FSINPVT’s strength in positioning services and construction support survey services and will lead to substantial efficiencies and synergies.
Fugro Survey (India) Pvt. Ltd. (FSINPVT) forms part of Fugro's Offshore Survey Division, which provides services in the field of acquisition, processing, interpretation, storage/ retrieval & maintenance of geophysical, hydrographic, oceanographic and topographic data. Operations are conducted primarily on the West and East Coast of India, Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean and Bay of Bengal.
Fugro Survey (India) Pvt. Ltd. (FSINPVT) operate one survey vessel that is permanently equipped with survey equipment. In addition, the Company provides surface and subsurface positioning services to other contractors and organizations, deployed from their vessels and barges. |
