Fugro Survey provides access to the whole spectrum of services offered by Fugro. In particular, Fugro Survey specializes in the provision of a range of navigation services both on the sea surface, and beneath the waves, using a specialist underwater positioning systems to allow the precise positioning that is fundamental to all survey and engineering operations at sea; investigation of shallow marine geology that is the basis for drilling hazard analysis and pipeline/cable route surveys and the supply of offshore survey and construction support services that range from pipelay support to subsea field developments.

OFFSHORE SURVEY DATA CENTRE
OSDC provides expert services to our world-wide clients in their Survey Data Processing and Charting requirements. With ever growing survey data volumes through the use of ROV, AUV and vessel-mounted Multibeam systems in all areas of Fugro’s offshore survey activity, and the industry’s current shortage of skilled labour, the data centre provides a professional and dedicated resource to the Offshore Survey Division to deliver high quality products to our clients. Apart from Multibeam, OSDC personnel are well trained to process Singlebeam, Track, Sonar, Pinger data and as well as charting in software interfaces like Microstation and AutoCAD. We also provide a customised solution for storage of data for offshore/onshore survey using Geographical Information System (GIS).
